1. Holidays include Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Flotilla Weekend (see below).
2. For Flotilla Weekend the daily rate is $129.00 but an extra $40 charge will be applied if you want a harbor side room making
harbor side rooms rated at $169.00 for that weekend only.
3. Note: When booking children of 12 years or more are considered to be adults
for the purpose of rent charges.
4. IMPORTANT: Each additional Adult over 2 per suite
incurs an additional charge of $20 daily, $50 weekly or $100 monthly.
5. Summer Sands Suites allows NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Visitors in breach of these rules will be subject to a penalty fee ($200.00 for smoking violation and $200 for pet violation) and will be asked immediately to vacate the suite. This is to insure the highest quality of stay for all our guests.
